As I told you before, I spent my Saturday in London for the Regent Tweet event. Getting up that early was very painful (I’m so not a morning person) but you won’t believe the things I do for a day of shopping abroad.
Regent Tweet is a digital event created for Regent Street, where bloggers & other girl geeks got different kinds of “advantage cards”. With these cards, we had the opportunity to pick up presents at different stores on Regent Street, or shop at a certain discount & have lunch and drinks too.
Ain’t that great? The idea was to tweet as much as you could about your Regent Street experience (unfortunately, the WiFi connections weren’t all that good, so my “Regent Tweets” were limited) & discover this wonderful shopping street in a fun and interactive way. I had a lot of fun spending the day shopping with my fellow bloggers Lisha & Ninni, Elien & Stéphanie and of course with the other bloggers (Dorothy, …) and press (Laure from Elle, Angelique from Belmodo.tv) that joined us as well. Here’s the photo report, hope you enjoy! (oh, we did “cheat” a bit and also went shopping at Topshop and Carnaby Street, but I honestly cannot go to Londen without going to Topshop! I’m sure you understand)
{Early morning on the Eurostar. First class & breakfast? Check! Sleepy eyes? Check!}
{The Regent Tweet crew, welcoming us at the train station in Londen.}
{Guess I was still a bit sleepy :)}
{The star that day, a.k.a. Regent Street}
{Chilling at “base camp”, the Swarovski Crystallized lounge}
{Going through the advantage cards, ready to start shopping!}
{Working with the Belmodo.tv crew}
{A blogger needs to eat. Tibits filled our bellies with healthy vegetarian food.}
{We ate, we drank, then it was time to go shopping again.}
{The beauty bloggers convinced me to buy some of that make-up stuff ^^}
{Can you tell I’m already a bit tired? Piccolino offered us these delicious canapés with some complimentary prosecco. YUM.}
{Behaving like real tourists}
{The shopping damage. Will show you what I bought in some outfit posts soon!}
Special thanks to Eurostar and Regent Tweet for inviting me, I had a blast!
