Leather Skirt

29 09 2011 / BY Brunette Blogging

H&M T-shirt & bracelet – Zara skirt, clutch & shoes – Forever 21 bracelet

 The sun is out again, giving us our very own Indian summer at the moment. It feels kind of weird, I already ‘closed off’ the summer season in my head but complaining about sunny weather is just a no-go so let’s just enjoy it while it lasts. A few weeks ago, I treated myself to these shoes as a graduation present to myself (totally justified, right?). I’m happy I did, they’re the most comfortable heels I own so far and I love everything about them. To be honest, I didn’t quite stop there. This leather skirt had already caught my eye when I saw it on some of my favorite bloggers (usually in the black version), so when I noticed it hidden in a corner at Zara (On sale. €14,95.), I didn’t think twice and bought it. That was a good shopping day.

P.S. It looks like my legs have two different colors in the last picture, but I assure you that’s just the light :)

Event/ Lee Blogger Lunch

27 09 2011 / BY Brunette Blogging

Last week, a group of bloggers and press were invited to a Lee lunch (try saying that 10 times in a row). I was already on the hunt for a perfect skinny jeans, so this invitation couldn’t have come at a better time. After arriving at the station in Antwerp, we took the “special transportation” to the Lee store in the Kammenstraat (sadly, it were not hippos in Lee jeans as Annebeth was expecting). Here’s how the day looked like:

{The Lee transport}

{The group arrived at the store. Picture time!}

{I always feel like a sad little blogger when I’m the only one with a teeny-tiny camera.}

{Browsing the Lee goods. There was also a parka I was to-ta-lly diggin’.}

{Trying to warm up. I’m a small child.}

{Took home this pair, but in black instead of blue.}

{The group. Say “Lee”!}

{Time for lunch. We were accompanied by these creepy/cute Lee dolls.}

{Mmmm.. soup.}

{Mmm… a sandwich with goat cheese, apple and honey.}

{Of course, Annebeth & I couldn’t resist playing with the dolls.}

Thanks to the Listenup and Lee team for the great day!
You can visit the re-crafted Lee store in the Kammenstraat in Antwerp.

Pictures by me, Annebeth and Listenup.
