It’s almost time for the happiest time of the year: sales! Well, they’re already going on online, but I’ve been trying to resist. Maybe I’ll give myself the pleasure of going on a tiny, tiny shopping spree when the sales hit the stores. I got this mullet dress on another happy occasion a while ago: the French Connection sample sale. Afrodite told me about it (it’s in our neighborhood), and since I love this brand (feminine dresses with lots of sequins and soft fabrics? It’s basically screaming my name), I had to check it out. I bought this dress, which is a bit more unusual for me (shorter in the front, longer at the back) and it only set me back 40 Euros. Score? I think so! What do you think of this piece?
P.S. Yesterday I got some fun news: it looks like I’ll be attending my very first fashion week! But you know, more on that later. Have a good day!

Hello, another Monday – another outfit. “Rediscovered” this purple dress in my closet, it’s really, really old but I still think it’s very pretty. The color, the gold details and the fit makes this the perfect summer dress. Speaking of summer, the craving to book a sunny vacation is growing stronger and stronger every day. Le sigh. I’m getting my hair cut this week (on Thursday), exciting! Well, maybe just a little but I’m kind of tired of my usual bangs so I’m really looking forward to something new.
These boots have been my friends the past couple of days (plus, kitties seem to like them). I always have these moments where I’m obsessed with certain pieces in my closet and then I want to wear them with everything. Oops. It also helps that they’re quite comfy (unless you go on a hiking trip, in which case: ouch) and give a nice less feminine touch to my outfits, which is necessary.
