A crochet top, my new favorite denim and some leopard shoes, et voila: you have my comfy outfit for the first day I spent in London. We were lucky to have such beautiful weather, the sun was shining bright every day and there wasn’t a drop of rain in sight – not very common for England in September – but I very much liked it that way. On Thursday, we went to the ballgowns exhibition in the Victoria & Albert museum. Unfortunately, it was forbidden to take pictures of the gowns but I can assure you it was quite beautiful and impressive. After that, we went on an East London tour to look at all the street art in the Brick Lane area. The walk ended at Pizza East, where we enjoyed a copious lunch of antipasti and too much pizza. After enjoying some free time, I changed into my party outfit and headed over to the Esprit event on Regent Street. Apparently something white, something lacy was the theme of the day. Good times!
