Happy Halloween! Or at least, I hope you had a happy and scary one. I didn’t really celebrate it this year – or at least not by dressing up. Honestly I’m so crappy in coming up with costume ideas and never feel like putting any effort into it. When I was younger, I always celebrated it my girlfriends though – making us one of the first children in the city going door to door for candy (which led to very confused people who weren’t familiar with the Halloween concept back then and just wanted to give us money instead of candy – not that we were complaining about that). Quite funny to see how it’s become such a big thing now in Belgium compared to 12 years ago (I suddenly feel very old).
This location may look familiar to you since I already shot some pictures there before (also with something neon – coincidence, I swear!) but I really like the tunnel effect so I figured it couldn’t hurt to go there again. Also, it was raining so the tunnel came in handy at that time. Special shout out here to Afro and Gilles who surprised me with cake and wine to cheer me up that day since I was feeling rather blue – yay for awesome blogger friends!
