Coney Island had been on my “to see” list since my last trip to New York two years ago, but since the subway drive there takes an hour from Manhattan it was always something that kept on getting pushed back. I’m glad that we finally ventured out here, even if the weather was super gloomy and the boardwalk was almost deserted. To me, it only added something extra to the spooky vibe of the closed attractions and the colors during sunset also happened to perfectly match with my pastel bomber (blogger score). Coney Island is quite a different scenery coming from the city, but I would definitely recommend taking the trip down here to have a stroll on the boardwalk. I just got back yesterday from New York, it was another great trip and we really lucked out with the weather again, it almost felt like spring (except on our last day, when it was raining like crazy) – I’ll show and tell you a bit more soon of all the things we did this time!
