Time for a little intermezzo in my Panama looks, and show you what I’ve been wearing during the much, much colder days in Belgium. There’s a lot of new stuff in my closet which I haven’t showed you yet, including this faux fur vest and buckle boots. These ankle booties are a nice alternative for my studded boots (which I’ve had for years now, as you can see here or here – although they don’t look quite as fresh anymore now compared to 2012), and his coat has managed to keep me very warm during the winter days. We’ve even shared some unforgettable moments, like that December morning when I was walking to work and the morning frost made everything kind of slippery. Clumsy old me managed to slip and slide (from a little hill) straight into a puddle of mud – faux fur, white sweater and cellphone included. It was definitely one of those tragic slash hilarious moments – let’s just hope no one caught that moment of shame on camera so that I don’t end up in one of those fail compilations. The faux fur recovered well after cleaning, and I’m happy to say that my dented ego (and butt) are almost back to their normal self.
